After 24-hours, with moderate to stinging pain, the lesion
was rendered as shown, as predicted by the action for this type
of salve. Pain was controlled by safe dosages of Ibuprofen.
It appears that the tissue of the lesion was destroyed, leaving
surrounding good tissue unaffected - as expected.
It's now April 10, 2008. I await the completion of the process
which will be the elimination of the residual `eschar' within two
weeks, as predicted by the age-old procedure.
Situation as of April 13
Eschar gone, situation as of April 17
April 20, a second application needed.
April 21, 27 hours after the second application applied
May 1, after loss of second eschar,
appears to be clean tissue.
May 6, healthy tissue on the mend.
