I’m a technical documentation manager who came up through the ranks as a technical writer, geek-wannabe, and cross-platform, multi-OS writer, editor, and online help developer with over twelve years of experience in the quick moving, ever-changing world of personal computer software and hardware development. Of course, if you’re at this page, odds are you already know me and this info is completely unnecessary.
