The Position of the Planets
for the week of
January 12th through January 18th, 1998
The above picture shows the position of the planets for Sunday,
January 11th, 1998. This page will get updated (hopefully)
weekly, so every week you can check the position of the
nine planets.

As you may have noticed, I have finally taken the time to
update this page with the proper planet position image. I got out
of sync when homework and tests piled up on me at school. However, I
am still busy, and if I continue to make a serious effort at maintaining
this page, I am going to have to cut off requests for several reasons:
- The web space at my school is limited. I am currently one of the
students that use the most web space, and one day I do not want to
find my entire web account deleted for that reason.
- Let's face it, I'm a procrastinator. Homework, tests, job, and school
will always be there for me, and they will always give me unexpected
workloads.
- My computer is not with me for the summer. Therefore, any changes
I make have to be on another computer, so I any updates I make
will be difficult.
So you may be wondering, is this the end of requests? FEAR NOT,
for I have found some sites that will create the images for you. If
you are interested, please go to:
http://www-hpcc.astro.washington.edu/scied/astro/astrosky.html.
To thank all you visitors for your visits and endless patience,
I have created a new page,
July 20, 1969, to honor the special
men and women who have made space exploration possible.
Please check it out when you can.
